Beauty at the Intersection of Light and Decay: The works of photographer Stephen Morton. A nationally recognized photojournalist and official photographer for the Port of Savannah, Stephen Morton is accomplished at capturing candid and honest moments of realism. For “My Still and Quiet Voices” Stephen expands his view into the abstract, transporting the viewer on an unexpected exploration of the port’s “industrial landscape,” and into the splendor of the known and unknown.

SAVANNAH BLACK HERITAGE FESTIVAL: The festival presents activities for every age and interest this is an annual event based in Savannah, Georgia.  Cultural education and exposure to the performing and visual arts, as well as ethnic cuisine, crafts, fun and family are emphasized throughout the celebration. Great music of every genre, dance performances,  national and regional recording artists, local youth talent showcases, historic tours, visual art exhibitions by internationally acclaimed and local artists and sculptors, the W.W. SCAD deFINE ART 2020: SCAD celebrates its annual program of special commissions, exhibitions, lectures, and performances. Taking place Feb. 18-20 at university locations in Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia, SCAD deFINE ART recognizes emerging and established artists and visionaries. Schedule of events.

10th Annual CHEFS AND CHOCOLATE: Indulge in the savory and sweetness as Urban Hope hosts its 10th Annual Taste of Hope: Chefs and Chocolates.

This decadent event will have food tastings from local Chefs and Bakers: Chef Nick Mueller & Company, Current Catering, Zunzi’s Takeout & Catering, JThomas Kitchen, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, Vanilla & The Bean, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Marché de Macarons, Gigi’s Cupcakes – Savannah, River Street Sweets, Savannah Square Pops, Baker’s Pride Bakery.

Attendees will enjoy live music by James Lee Smith Entertainment. Guests can also partake in our Wine Pull, Live Auction, and Raffle Packages.

All proceeds from the Chefs and Chocolates event will benefit Urban Hope, Savannah’s inner-city ministry to children.

GEORGIA HISTORY FEXTIVAL’S GEORGIA DAY PARADE: As part of the annual commemoration of the founding of the Georgia colony of February 12, 1733 by James Edward Oglethorpe, a tradition dating back to the earliest years of the colony’s founding, we invite you to enjoy as students, musicians, local dignitaries, and costumed historical figures march through Savannah’s historic squares during this beloved annual event. IRISH INSPIRED DINNER WITH CABERET: Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day early a specialty Irish inspired dinner at Emporium with purchase of the cabaret show, “Sip, Savor, and Sláinte.” Perry Lane Hotel invites you to an evening of music and festive libations as you are whisked away to the Emerald Isles. American Traditions Finalist and local favorite Roger Moss hosts Sip, Savor and Sláinte, a Celtic twist on his popular cabaret series. Joined by an original member of Celtic women, Chloë Agnew. This internationally acclaimed singer, songwriter and actress from Dublin, Ireland will make this cabaret night unforgettable.
